The New England Patriots dynasty has been led by Tom Brady and Bill Belichick, but Hall of Fame wide receiver Cris Carter thinks one of the guys deserve more of the credit.

Carter, who is a host on First Things First, said on Monday morning that people that are giving Brady 40 percent of the credit for Brady's success are giving him too much credit and that Belichick should be getting at least 70 percent of the credit.

Carter points out that Belichick is the one who has created the do your job culture and is the one who is has pushed all the right buttons to get the team to have continued success. Carter also points out how well he has done working with the front office and that might be one of the things that he should be praised for most.

It seems that Belichick knows exactly when he has gotten the most he can out of a player and lets them move on. A lot of the time he is criticized for his decisions but more often than not he lets a player go at the right time.

Carter seems to present some good points about who should be credited, but the real story is one guy probably couldn't do it without the other.

If Brady was on a different team when he started his career would he have even got a shot to be a starting quarterback? Maybe not and that would mean that we probably wouldn't even know Brady's name.

Without Brady, Belichick and the Patriots wouldn't be having as much success, and he wouldn't be going down as one of the greatest coaches ever.
