Tom Brady and the New England Patriots were able to pick up a huge steal with the last pick in the first round of the 2019 NFL Draft. N'Keal Harry happened to be available and Bill Belichick did not hesitate taking him. The franchise needed to find another target for Brady to throw to after he lost Chris Hogan and Rob Gronkowski in free agency.
Following the selection of Harry, Brady took to Twitter to send a message to his new rookie receiver. He seems excited about the addition and is ready to get to work with his new weapon.
Glad to have you N’Keal. Big things ahead, excited to work with you. https://t.co/5npgwhRDS5

Harry has the potential to become a star at the NFL. He brings excellent size to go along with great athleticism and raw talent. During his years at Arizona State, he was an absolute stud that terrorized defenses on a regular basis.
Article Continues BelowLast season at Arizona State, he caught 73 passes for 1,088 yards and seven touchdowns. He also put up a 14.9 yards per catch average. Those numbers show why many believe Harry's game will translate well to the next level.
Standing in at 6-foot-4 and 215 pounds, Harry is without question a physical freak. Brady has not had that kind of target for a long time. Giving him such a big target with the speed and athleticism that Harry has will be a nightmare for opposing defensive coordinators to game plan against.
Expect to see Harry work his way into the starting lineup immediately. He will become exactly the kind of impact player that the Patriots needed across from Julian Edelman.
New England may have lost some key pieces, but they are re-tooling and should not be counted out yet.
