Alvin Kamara inked a massive five-year, $75 million extension with the New Orleans Saints on Saturday and he's now one of the richest running backs in the NFL. With the details emerging on Kamara's deal, his contract comes close to what Christian McCaffrey and Ezekiel Elliott received.
The new-money average of $15 million on Kamara’s contract ties him at No. 2 for all running backs, behind Panthers running back Christian McCaffrey at $16 million per year and even with Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott.
