What better team to break a record currently held by Peyton Manning against than the Indianapolis Colts? Although he has yet to break Manning's career touchdown record, longtime New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees has tied the future Hall of Fame signal caller's mark of 539 career touchdown passes.

If Brees is able to produce career touchdown pass No. 540 on Monday evening in New Orleans, he will become the league's all-time leader in such category. Watch the record-tying touchdown pass below.

Upon connecting with Saints wide receiver Tre'Quan Smith for his second touchdown toss of the game, Brees now also has 539 career touchdown passes to his name with plenty of time left to play in the season and potentially his career. Not only that, but the former San Diego Chargers quarterback still has a whole half of football left to go against the aforementioned Colts.

Of course, Manning played the majority of his NFL career as a member of the Colts before eventually joining the Denver Broncos toward the end of his professional tenure.
