The Le'Veon Bell sweepstakes are still going forward, as he hasn't made a commitment to a team, unlike his fellow free agents.
So there are a few teams, according to Matt Verderame, that are still heavily in play for the Steeler: the Jets (who Verderame considers a “front-runner”), the Bears, and the Ravens.
The #Jets remain the clear favorite for Le'Veon Bell, per league conversations. The #Bears remain in the bidding along with the #Ravens. Both teams have significant interest.

However, there's some speculation that the Jets no longer have any money, especially since — as we'd previously reported — they spent quite a bit to acquire CJ Mosley.

However, the most recent reports suggest quite the opposite: that Le'Veon Bell is, in fact, becoming a Jet — and he's only fueling the rumors about joining Gang Green by changing his Twitter profile color to green. This could also mean he's becoming a Packer, but let's not get too hasty around here.
But, according to the New York Post, there's still a good chance that Bell will join his ex-Steelers teammate Antonio Brown and light out for the west to the Raiders.
“.@LeVeonBell am I allowed to tell people yet? Happy for you bro, make us proud!” Gbaja-Biamila tweeted Tuesday, the “us” being significant for a former player most associated with the Raiders, with whom he played in 2003 and ’04. Asked if he were trolling, Gbaja-Biamila wrote, “I quit school because of recess, I don’t play!”
While there are still a few teams that are in play for Le'Veon Bell, one thing we know for sure is that the Colts are out of the running for him. It's unclear, as of yet, why Indianapolis took a pass on Bell, but details will definitely be made available soon.
