Sunday was a wild day across the NFL landscape, with several games going right down to the wire in Week 10 of the season. It seemed like almost every contest was close down the stretch of the fourth quarter, and in fact, some NFL history was made with the fashion in which some of the contests ended.
Sunday was the day with the most game-winning scores with no time remaining in regulation in a single week in NFL history, per NFL insider Adam Schefter of ESPN. The teams that contributed to this feat were the Arizona Cardinals, Cleveland Browns, Detroit Lions, Houston Texans, and the Seattle Seahawks.

The Lions, meanwhile, were winners of a wild back-and-forth road game against the Los Angeles Chargers. A little further down the West Coast, the Cardinals staved off the Atlanta Falcons at the end of regulation in what marked Kyler Murray's return to the lineup following his ACL injury. The Texans earned perhaps the most surprising win of the day, beating the Cincinnati Bengals on the road as CJ Stroud continued his NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year campaign. Meanwhile, the Seahawks knocked off the Washington Commanders as time expired in Seattle.
The historically close nature of so many contests on Sunday speaks to how much parity there is in the NFL in the present day. Yes, obviously some teams are better than others, but it could be argued that the talent level across the league hasn't been so evenly distributed in quite a long time.
