Everyone is wondering what the NFL plans on doing amid the controversy surrounding the coronavirus and the first football-related event has been postponed. According to Nora Princiotti of the Boston Globe, the Pro Football Hall of Fame postponed its FanFest with the coronavirus scare present.
The Pro Football Hall of Fame has postponed its "Hall of Fame Fan Fest" that was scheduled for March 21-22. This is the first football-related postponement I've seen but the Hall isn't run by the NFL, which still hasn't said anything about coronavirus plans.

The Pro Football Hall of Fame originally had the event scheduled for March 21-22. But with the coronavirus being prevalent, the Hall of Fame is playing it safe by moving it back to another date. The Pro Football Hall of Fame released an official statement on the matter on Thursday.
The HOF Fan Fest event scheduled for 3/21 & 3/22 has been postponed to a later date. Tickets for the Enshrinement Ceremony and HOF Game in August remain on sale.

Of course, the Hall of Fame isn't run by the NFL and has its own committee to make decisions. Given that, the NFL had no part in postponing the FanFest to a date later this year.
With the Hall of Fame beginning to action, that could cause the NFL to begin postponing some of their own events. For instance, the annual owner meetings are set to take place from March 29–April 1. If the coronavirus continues to spread, the NFL may have to either cancel or postpone the meetings.
Also, the 2020 NFL Draft is scheduled to be held in a little over a month in Las Vegas. With the draft usually hosting thousands of fans, the league could choose to make some changes to this year's draft.
On Wednesday night, the NBA chose to suspend their season amid the coronavirus outbreak. Now, it appears that other sports and events will begin to consider their options to prevent any health concerns pertaining to the coronavirus.
