Videos have recently surfaced a month ago or so that showed former NFL running back Zac Stacy getting into a fight with his ex-girlfriend Kristen Evans. The video was gruesome and tough to watch as Stacy repeatedly put his hand on Evans in front of their young child.
According to TMZ, Stacy is now saying that everything that happened was all staged by his ex-girlfriend to get a reaction out of him,
“She knew I was down, she knew I was going through anxiety and depression,” Stacy said. “She knew I was trying to close this gap that's between me and my son and she's just upset that she got caught and she's upset I'm not taking care of him like she expected. And now she took it this far.”.
No matter if she was trying to get a reaction out of Stacy or not, putting your hands on a woman is never the answer. He needs to be a bigger man at that point and just talk through it or walk out of the apartment and move on with his day before he can make a decision on what he wants to do with the future of his ex-girlfriend and the baby. Resulting in violence is never the answer but unfortunately, that's what Stacy decided to do.
The 30-year-old Zac Stacy was booked on charges of felony aggravated battery and felony criminal mischief. He is currently out on Bond and it is unclear when he will make his next court appearance.
