Staying healthy is something that Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz has not been able to do over the first three seasons of his NFL career.
While he did play a full 16-game campaign during his rookie year, he followed that up by tearing his ACL in Week 14 the following season, a season in which Wentz was playing at an MVP level.
Then, this past year, Wentz was knocked out after 11 games due to a back issue.
Now, Wentz is focusing on remaining on the field and is making sure he does everything he can to ensure that happens:

Been able to take a step back due to the injury the last few years, unfortunately, but it allowed me to see the game from a different perspective. Allowed me to invest a lot of time and energy into my body and into not only get healthy but finding ways to stay healthy for hopefully the duration of my career. I feel really good and ready to go.”
Through 11 games in 2018, Wentz threw for 3,074 yards, 21 touchdowns and seven interceptions while completing 69.6 percent of his passes and posting a passer rating of 102.2.
The 26-year-old, who played his collegiate football at North Dakota State, was originally selected by the Eagles with the second overall pick of the 2016 NFL Draft.
Of course, Wentz missed out on the opportunity to lead Philadelphia to its first ever Super Bowl title during his second season, as his knee injury forced Nick Foles into action, who went on to lead the Eagles to a championship.
