It is well known that the kickoff return is one of the most dangerous plays in football, and Philadelphia Eagles running back Miles Sanders wouldn't argue that point. After his helmet made a complete 180 and was ripped off, Sanders seemed to be okay walking off the field under his own power. Surprisingly there was no flag thrown, even with a clear face mask penalty.

After catching a 40-yard bomb from Carson Wentz in the first half, the Eagles will try to get him more involved in the offense as they try to make up a 10-point deficit against the Lions. With a couple inefficient games to start the season and getting a total of 21 carries through the first two games, Sanders already has double-digits carries in this contest against the Lions.
If he is in fact unaffected by the egregious no-call, one would assume he can make an impact in the passing game with both DeSean Jackson and Alshon Jeffery out of today's contest.
