The Pittsburgh Steelers are set to part ways with wide receiver Antonio Brown following a tumultuous end to the 2018 NFL season. It appears the Cleveland Browns are among the list of teams interested in acquiring his services.

The sweepstakes for Brown is expected to draw a number of bids for the Steelers. According to NFL Network's Aditi Kinkhabwala, general manager John Dorsey indicated his interest in the All-Pro.

Asked if he’s reached out to Steelers counterpart Kevin Colbert abt trading for Antonio Brown, Browns GM John Dorsey pulls out his phone and says to camera, “Kevin, if you’re out there, here’s my cell phone.”

It is easy to see where Dorsey's interest stems from. Brown has been terrorizing Cleveland with his receiving prowess for quite some time now. Unfortunately, the prospect of actually acquiring him seems a bit far-fetched at this point.

Pittsburgh has made it clear that they will not be shopping Brown to any teams in the AFC North or rival teams in the conference. This may have thinned out the herd of bidders for him, however, the Steelers feel it is worth it to not have to see Brown potentially twice a year. This could make it extremely difficult for Dorsey to pull off a trade.

The Steelers have also added that they will only part ways with Brown for the right price. This means that a team must come up with worthy compensation for a player of his caliber. Teams may be a bit hesitant to give up so many assets for a veteran wideout. Cleveland will need to come up with an offer that Pittsburgh simply cannot refuse if they hope to trade for Brown this offseason.
