The Pittsburgh Steelers have been good regular season teams the last few years, but it seems in the biggest games they come up short. Two years ago the Steelers got blown out in the AFC Championship game by the eventual Super Bowl champions, the New England Patriots.
Last year, they were the second seed in the AFC finishing the regular season with a 13-3 record. In a home game in the divisional round, the Jacksonville Jaguars offense was too much beating them 45-42, and that made another disappointing playoff exit. Steelers star Cam Heyward has had enough of the failures in the playoff and is sick of being the regular season champions.

Heyward has been encouraged by what he has seen this offseason, but he knows the team isn't satisfied with the exits the last few years.
“I think we have a good culture, but I think the thing we have to build around is we’re not satisfied yet,” Heyward said. “I think we have to build around nothing’s guaranteed. There’s a lot of things that can happen between now and the first game. And there’s a lot of things that happen during the season.
“To say we were AFC North Champions last year means nothing to this year. But I look forward to having this good group of guys, I know we’re a very talented bunch but talent doesn’t win all the time. At the end of the day we gotta get the job done.”
The Steelers know they have their hands full this year, but the players seem to have the right mindset to change the end of their season.
