Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Chase Claypool found himself in the middle of a brawl outside of a California bar that thankfully didn't escalate into something worse.
According to an article posted by TMZ, the fight started and was taken outside of the bar after there was issue taken with dollar bills being thrown in the direction of a woman. Claypool was said to be with a group of friends who were part of the brawl.
TMZ stated they were told that Claypool was not the instigator, but that he felt the need to jump in to defend his friends once things got a little out of hand outside. In the video, you can see Claypool fire up a head kick towards someone who was in the brawl that ended up on the ground.

Claypool was a gem of a find in the second round last year for the Steelers. In a draft class littered with wide receiver talent, Claypool turned out to be on the real good ones in his rookie season. He finished last year with 62 catches for 873 yards 9 touchdowns. He also ran for two touchdowns as well.
While this is something that can't have the Steelers feeling great, the repercussions for this might not be as steep compared to some other off-field scuffles.
Claypool will be entering his second season and is expected to be a big contributor for Pittsburgh for years to come.
