The Pittsburgh Steelers are less than a week from kicking off their season and Le'Veon Bell is still nowhere to be found.
According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, Steelers general manager Kevin Colbert is very “disappointed” that the star running back hasn't reported to camp.
No Le’Veon Bell, still.
Steelers GM Kevin Colbert said: “We are disappointed Le'Veon Bell has not signed his franchise tender and rejoined his teammates. (We) will continue to focus on preparing the players on our roster for our regular season opener Sunday against the Browns.”

Last year, Bell reported on Labor Day to the team which gave him a week to get ready for the season. This year that hasn't been the case. At least not yet and no one has any idea when he will report.
Last week, it was reported that Bell had told his teammates he would report on Labor Day but Bell quickly refuted that report.
The Steelers currently have James Conner, Stevan Ridley, Jaylen Samuels to hold down the ship if Bell doesn't report before Sunday. The team and Bell are at a bit of a standstill and neither side as much leverage. The Steelers could pull the franchise tag on Bell and make him a free agent, but that seems like something they probably don't want to do.
The only thing Bell can do to try and create leverage is not to report, but if he misses this week he will be fined, and it will start to hit him where it matters most, in the bank account.
