Monday night's San Francisco 49ersLos Angeles Rams game wasn't pretty, unless you're a Niners fan. Even then, it was pretty difficult to watch at times.

The Rams' first game back in L.A. didn't go as planned. Their anemic offense scored no points, and their defense was eventually cracked in the fourth quarter with the ejection of All-Pro Aaron Donald.

The Rams punted 10 times, threw two interceptions, turned the ball over on downs, and knelt at the end of the game. It later came out that the 49ers often knew the Rams' route tree based on their formations.

It was so bad, in fact, that Carolina Panthers head coach Ron Rivera couldn't even stay awake.

From Dan Hanzus of NFL.com:

“Unfortunately, I stayed up and watched. And the reason why I say unfortunately is I fell asleep somewhere in the beginning of the fourth quarter,” Rivera said during Wednesday's press conference. “But I got to see three quarters of it.”

Carolina is a big favorite against the 49ers this weekend, but that also means they have to watch this game tape all week. I really do feel for Rivera and the rest of the Panthers.
