Russell Wilson and the Seattle Seahawks could clinch the NFC West with a win over the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday, and Wilson is attempting to channel his inner Mamba Mentality.
Ahead of Sunday's crucial showdown versus the Rams, Wilson was seen sporting nothing but Kobe Bryant gear:

Back in January, when Bryant tragically passed away, Wilson was one of the many athletes to express their gratitude for Bryant's Mamba Mentality. Therefore, it isn't a surprise that Wilson is wearing Bryant's jersey and gear ahead of a pivotal game for the Seahawks.
Earlier in the season, Wilson seemed to be a shoo-in to secure the NFL's MVP award after a blazing start. In the first eight games of the season, Wilson had 2,541 passing yards, 28 touchdowns, and eight interceptions.
However, it was a game in Week 10 against the Rams that Wilson began to see his performance decline. Over the past six games for Seattle, the one-time Super Bowl champion has thrown for only 1,265 yards, nine touchdowns, and five interceptions.
Despite the recent struggles on offense for the Seahawks, Wilson is still a quarterback who can create something out of nothing. When it comes to quarterbacks who are at their best in clutch moments, Wilson is definitely near the top of the league.
Due to the Rams suffering a shocking loss to the New York Jets in Week 15, Seattle now controls its own destiny in the NFC playoff picture. With the Seahawks looking to hit their stride as they enter the playoffs, Wilson is paying homage to Kobe.
