Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Bruce Arians has nothing but praise for Tom Brady's leadership with his new team. Making an appearance on Los Angeles Angels manager Joe Maddon’s Uncorked YouTube show, Arians said the team had a great locker room before, but adding a future Hall of Famer to the team is special:

Arians used to work as Peyton Manning's quarterbacks coach so he saw firsthand how well he could command a room. As impressive as Manning was, Arians is confident Brady can have the same impact on the Buccaneers offense. Arians added,

If the wins don't come, it won't matter how great of a teammate he was; his time with the team will be a failure.
