Bruce Arians has only been the Tampa Bay Buccaneers coach for a couple of months but center Ryan Jensen sees one big noticeable difference from the last regime, Arians is holding guys accountable.
Jensen has just started training with Arians, and the team isn't even allowed to have full pads yet, but he has noticed that Arians is expecting more out of the players.

And that’s big. You know, he’s got that personality that he wants to win and it’s the guys’ team, the players’ team. That’s how he approaches it, where he’s just a head coach but the culture he’s trying to set is that it’s the players’ team. And that comes with players keeping players accountable, and I think that’s going to be a big change this year for us.”
It's good to hear that Arians is holding players more accountable because when players are accountable, they tend to take more ownership of their actions and what effect they will have on the team.
One player that really has seemed to change his ways this offseason is quarterback Jameis Winston. Winston's success starts with his actions off the field, and if he has that figured out, then he can focus on his on-field play. If Winston and the rest of the team are held accountable maybe this team can surprise some with their win total this upcoming season.
