Derrick Henry just earned himself a nice payday after the 2019 season. The former Heisman Trophy winner led the NFL in rushing with 1,540 yards and 16 touchdowns. He is coming off a game where he led the Tennessee Titans past the New England Patriots with 34 carries for 182 yards and one touchdown.

Tennessee would be foolish to let Henry leave in free agency and it is unlikely that they will do so. But anything is possible in the NFL.

If the Titans were to let Henry escape, here are three teams that should be all in.

3. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Bucs are in need of a complete change on offense. Jameis Winston threw 30 interceptions in 2019 and will most likely be gone next season. The duo of Ronald Jones and Peyton Barber was extremely unimpressive over the course of 16 games. Bruce Arians needs to go out and get a competent runner.

Arians had been linked to Kareem Hunt since before he signed with Cleveland. Hunt will also be available, but Derrick Henry is a more proven runner who is coming off the best season of his career.

2. Miami Dolphins

The Dolphins were being viewed as the worst team in NFL history after Week 8. That was not the case. Miami rallied behind first-year head coach Brian Flores and won five of their last nine games. DeVante Parker ended up being a 1,200-yard receiver with nine touchdowns. The main issue with Miami is that Ryan Fitzpatrick was their leading rusher with 243 yards and four touchdowns.

Flores is a good football coach. The Dolphins have needs at a lot of positions including quarterback and the entire defense. Derrick Henry would immediately take care of the running back position.

No, this is not the most attractive landing spot but Miami has good weather and a head coach who looks like he knows what he is doing.

1. Kansas City Chiefs

Why not make one of the league's best offenses even better? The Chiefs at basically every offensive position led by Patrick Mahomes, Tyreek Hill, and Travis Kelce.

Their running back group could use some work. LeSean McCoy signed a one-year deal so he is no longer under contract. Damien Williams is not an every-down back who can carry the load.

Henry is exactly that type of runner. He finished with 303 carries this season. Andy Reid is a coach who likes to use his running backs and uses them effectively. Henry is not the receiver that Reid usually likes to have in the backfield but that is why Kansas City has young options like Darrel Williams and Darwin Thompson.

Derrick Henry would make this explosive offense even better and that is why the Chiefs should be all in.
