Tennessee Titans Derrick Henry missed practice on Thursday according to Charean Williams of Pro Football Talk, but the hope is that he is still ready to go for Sunday's game against the New Orleans Saints.

Henry is dealing with a hamstring injury that has kept him out of practice, but he was still able to play last Sunday. It didn't seem to have a big impact against the Houston Texans as he rushed for 86 yards.

Henry was a limited participant during Wednesday's practice which he said felt good.

“Yeah, kind of felt like a stranger,” Henry told reporters Thursday. “It felt good to get out there yesterday.”

Henry seemed to hint that he thought he could do more during practice, but he was just listening to the trainers to make sure he can get back to 100 percent.

“Just making sure I’m doing the right things to get back to 100 percent,” Henry said. “Just listening to the trainers, to the coaches, and when I’m able to get back out there, just go back out there and do what I need to do.”

Backup running back Dion Lewis is also listed on the injury report with an ankle injury. If the season ended today the Titans season would be over but if they win out, and the Steelers lose one of their next two games, they will be in. Beating the Saints fully healthy is quite the challenge and if Henry were to miss the game the job would only get more difficult.
