The Tennessee Titans offensive may have undergone some changes to their coaching staff, however, it seems their approach on offense will remain largely the same.
Running back Derrick Henry is coming off a promising 2018 NFL season. According to Jim Wyatt of the team's official website, offensive coordinator Arthur Smith plans to rely heavily on him moving forward:

The prospect of the Titans' using a run-heavy approach behind Henry is certainly understandable. He finally enjoyed the breakout season Tennessee had been hoping for after he finished the 2018 campaign setting career-highs in rushing yards with 1,059, rushing touchdowns with 12. His historic performance down the stretch has generated plenty of hype about his potential moving forward.
Of course, The Titans have a surplus of talent in the backfield after they signed Dion Lewis to a four-year deal last offseason. Lewis had been the team's leading rusher and receiver midway through the year before Henry was able to kick things up a notch. As a result, Lewis saw his role dwindle as the season progressed.
Despite Henry's potential, it is safe to assume that his production will continue to be capped by the presence of Lewis. The Titans may continue to rely on each of them to take on more specified roles in the offense as opposed to splitting touches like they did last year. Henry will likely garner all the early-down work and short-yardage situations while Lewis serves as a change-of-pace option and receiver out of the backfield.
