On Sunday, A.J. Brown helped Ryan Tannehill make a case for a long-term contract in front of Tennessee Titans brass by completing the longest reception of his short career so far against the Oakland Raiders defense.

It was early in the second quarter when the veteran quarterback and the rookie wide receiver made the connection that stunned the rabid Oakland crowd into silence. The 91-yard touchdown was something that was meant to be savored. Watch below.

Tannehill made the pass with his back against the wall. The Raiders could have scored a safety with a ferocious tackle, but the 31-year-old passer kept his cool and made a beautiful throw right to the Raiders logo.

It was also superb stuff for Brown to get Daryl Worley off his back and run it all the way for the touchdown.

It's a tight contest in Oakland so far, but the Titans are holding on to a nice one-score lead thanks to this play.
