The Los Angeles Dodgers and Mookie Betts are trying to work their way back from a 3-1 series deficit against Marcell Ozuna and the Atlanta Braves in the NLCS. They have forced a Game 6, but more work needs to be done. Heroes need to be made.

That's where Mookie Betts comes into play. In Game 6, with a 3-0 lead, the Dodgers had to be feeling pretty good. Then Marcell Ozuna came up to the plate, and the absurdly hot hitter roped what was sure to be an RBI double at least.

Betts had other plans. There is a reason Mookie Betts has won so many Gold Gloves already. He raced back and leapt at the wall to make an incredible catch.

A hit right there would have made it 3-1 and Atlanta would already have another runner in scoring position with two outs in just the fifth inning. At press time, the Dodgers lead 3-1 in the bottom of the eighth.

It could have been a major momentum swing. Instead, Mookie Betts took back all the momentum.

What is so crazy about this catch is that not only does Mookie Betts make it not look very hard, but it's just another day at the office for him.

There is still a long way to go for the Dodgers, down 3-2 in the series, but if they have Mookie Betts making plays like this and stealing runs from their opponents, anything is possible.

The NLCS continues, but meanwhile
