ESPN's most recent breaking news star, Adrian Wojnarowski, made his debut appearance in a late iteration of SportsCenter with Scott Van Pelt, only 20 minutes after the free agency window had opened on July 1, but the news show anchor soon realized just how hard the network's new hire had been working the lines prior to going through make-up on the set.
The Denver Nuggets‘ front office were reportedly trying to FaceTime Wojnarowski as he made his appearance, deed that Van Pelt wittily turned down on live TV.
