Michael Porter Jr. of the Denver Nuggets got a Gatorade bath from his teammates after his career night.

In the locker room, Porter Jr.'s teammates gave him one cold Gatorade shower. In the clip below, Porter Jr. could hardly open his eyes but it was evident that he was happy.

In their 124-116 victory over the Indiana Pacers, the 21-year-old finished with 25 points on 11-of-12 from the field and 1-of-2 from the free-throw line. He also had five rebounds and one assist.

To recall, Porter Jr. was the 14th pick in the 2018 NBA Draft. However, he had to sit out in the entire 2018-19 season to recover from his injuries.

For the past few games, head coach Mike Malone has been slowly integrating the young forward into the lineup. Malone has expressed his confidence in Porter Jr.'s talents, noting how the game comes easy to him. Thursday's performance — which came along with the win — proved this observation.
