Williams started his career as an unheralded and undrafted free agent for Houston in 2006 before being cut from their practice squad. His story is a story of the unending power of hard work and grind. After getting cut, he worked his way up from Green Bay's practice squad to eventually start for the 2010 season.
This 2010 season would be the culmination of all of Williams' hard work as the Packers would go on to beat the Steelers Super Bowl XLV, and Williams would be named to the NFC's Pro Bowl roster.
After brief stretches with the Cleveland Browns, Arizona Cardinals, and Baltimore Ravens, Williams returned to his erstwhile home in Green Bay to finish out his career, closing out a career famous for its effort, hard work, and professionalism on and off the football field.
