Indiana Pacers All-Star shooting guard Victor Oladipo never misses an offseason workout, no matter what.

Oladipo, who is recovering from a ruptured quad tendon in his right knee, is a creature of habit — according to his workout partner, Jay Henderson.

“He has a set schedule — never misses,” Henderson said, via Scott Agness of The Athletic. “Even if he does have to go out of town, he still schedules workouts first before anything else. The laser focus that he has is just unbelievable.”

Victor Oladipo wants to come back a better player after this injury. The Pacers star is motivated to lead Indiana to a championship and will do whatever it takes to accomplish that goal.

Oladipo averaged 18.8 points, 5.6 rebounds and 5.2 assists for the Pacers last season before he got hurt in January against the Toronto Raptors. The high-flyer shot 42.3 percent from the field, 34.3 percent from beyond the arc and 73.0 percent from the free-throw line.

It's unknown when Oladipo will return to the Pacers' lineup. The 2018 Most Improved Player isn't going to rush back since he's rehabbing a very serious injury. Oladipo's long-term future is very important to Indiana.

Oladipo has two years left on his contract with the Pacers. He'll make $21 million in each of the next two seasons.
