Jimmy Graham was once one of the top receiving threats in the entire NFL during his days with the New Orleans Saints and had some good years with the Seattle Seahawks. Last offseason, Graham made the big decision to sign with the Green Bay Packers to play alongside of superstar quarterback Aaron Rodgers.

While there was a lot of hype surrounding the signing, Graham did not live up to the expectations in his first season with the Packers. He ended up having a solid season, but that wasn't enough for the fans.

He has received a lot of criticism this offseason, including quite a few fans and media members stating that the Packers should release him to clear cap space. Brian Gutekunst and the Packers' front office did not agree. Graham is ready to play his second season with the proud franchise.

In a quote shared by Pro Football Talk, Graham vowed to “prove a lot of people wrong” this season.

“I mean we all have our ups and downs,” Graham said. “Obviously, there was a lot going on last year for all of us in the building. But all that’s in the past. I know the player that I am, and I know I still have juice; I know I still can run. I’m going to go prove a lot of people wrong.”

Graham ended up catching 55 passes for 636 yards and two touchdowns last season with the Packers. He may not have put up the numbers that some expected, but he certainly wasn't bad.

The Packers have to feel very good about the attitude that Graham currently has. With new head coach Matt LaFleur's offense, Graham is going to have an opportunity to put up big numbers.

Expect to see Graham come out looking to prove a point this season. He may not be as athletic as he once was, but he is still going to have a major impact in the Packers' new offense.
