There is a lot that Chris Tabor has gone through. He was part of the historically bad Cleveland Browns team that had a winless season. Now, he continues to struggle with the Carolina Panthers. The Bryce Young-led squad only had two wins for the season. What may be worse is that they went scoreless for their season-ender against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers despite players like Chuba Hubbard giving it their all.

This will definitely force some sort of change in the Panthers system as they continue to navigate the future with Bryce Young. Even Chris Tabor confirmed some moves to come, via ESPN.

“This locker room will change,” the interim Panthers head coach declared.

Their final game against the Buccaneers was a perfect microcosm of their season. Young was unable to find the proper targets in the Panthers‘ receiving corps. 11 of his 18 passes may have gotten through but it only gave them a gain of 94 passing yards.

Chuba Hubbard was practically carrying the Panthers' offense as well. He had 23 carries throughout the whole four quarters of this game. But, an average yardage of 3.6 per carry was not going to cut it. He may have gotten 83 rushing yards but it would not make them march near the end zone at all.

There was not much the Panthers' playbook could offer to change the squad's situation as well. They ran 50 total plays and none of them were working. Hopefully, these new locker room changes spark a better record for this squad heading into next season.
