Steve Smith Sr. will always be remembered as being a tough, fearless receiver for the Carolina Panthers. The retired wideout went viral on Wednesday as he was seen roasting rookie D.J. Moore in Amazon's series All or Nothing that followed the Panthers last season.

In the video, Smith is seen asking if he should start Moore in his fantasy lineup – while Moore was standing right behind him. After the video went viral, a fan on Twitter said that Moore was “shook” by Smith, but Moore responded by saying he wasn't fazed by Smith's taunting last year.

We've all experienced the same struggles as Smith Sr. as we contemplate who to start or sit in our fantasy lineups. However, it's doubtful that anyone has had those struggles right next to the player we're thinking of starting.

With the departure of Devin Funchess in free agency, the Panthers are expecting Moore to make a leap forward as the go-to guy for Cam Newton in 2019. Last season, Moore started in just 10 games as a rookie. Nonetheless, he was able to flash his potential as the No. 1 option through the air.

In those 10 games, Moore had 55 receptions for 788 yards and two touchdowns. The Panthers' first-round pick in 2018 also garnered 172 yards on the ground, showing his versatility.

Most impressively, Moore led all wide receivers in the NFL in yards after contact. Despite starting later in the season, Moore had 273 yards after contact and averaged 7.9 yards after the catch per reception.

In 2018, Carolina witnessed Newton's play decline as he dealt with a shoulder injury.  His shoulder injury eventually forced him to be shut down. So far, Newton looks poised to have a bounce-back year after being sidelined last season.

As impressive as Christian McCaffrey is out of the backfield, the Panthers are going to need Moore to be a reliable option if they hope to have a chance at taking home the NFC South crown.
