Now-former New England Patriots star quarterback Tom Brady finally shared a moment with Foxborough fans on Monday as the future Hall of Fame gunslinger heads to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in free agency.

Brady, 42, shared a video on social media that features a montage of some greatest moments in a Patriots uniform, capped off with a simple “Thank you, Pats Nation” at the end of the video.

The NFC South franchise Buccaneers almost shockingly nabbed Brady in free agency last month when the 20-year Patriots veteran and six-time Super Bowl champion decided to leave New England for new pastures. Tampa Bay inked Brady to a two-year, fully guaranteed $50 million contract, which left the Patriots wondering what's next at the quarterback position.

The Patriots have veteran Brian Hoyer and the much younger Jarrett Stidham on the QB depth chart, or they could perhaps select a young signal-caller in the upcoming 2020 NFL Draft. But one thing is clear—they won't have Brady tossing the pigskin during the fall anymore in what can only be described as a surprising turn of events, even picturing Brady not in a Patriots jersey is nearly impossible.

Brady is likely the most accomplished quarterback ever, and certainly of his generation. Other than the six Lombardi trophies he helped deliver to New England, he was a three-time league MVP, 14-time Pro-Bowler, two-time Offensive Player of the Year, and a Comeback Player of the Year as well.

Brady's time in New England was a dynasty for fans to cheer on and count on for his entire, two-decade-long tenure with the Patriots.
