New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady is hyped for the big showdown on Sunday against the Green Bay Packers but the reason might be a bit different than what you are thinking. Yes, it's a huge game going against one of the best quarterbacks in the league, but Brady has something bigger on his mind, breaking the 1000 yard milestone for rushing yards.

The Patriots vet has played 261 games in his career and has 997 yards which means he is only three yards shy of maybe his most important milestone. If he was able to get the three yards against the Packers he would become the 97th quarterback in NFL history to rush for 1000 yards.

Brady is so pumped up for the chance he released a hype video on Instagram filled with some of the best runs in his career with “The Dark Knight Rises” playing in the background.

Obviously, Brady has never been known as a great runner or even an average runner for that matter but he has made plays with his feet throughout his career when it matters most.

On the opposite of this Patriots matchup is Rodgers, who is known as a good rushing quarterback having 2,786 yards in 156 games. Whenever Brady is able to reach the milestone of 1000 yards he will have the lowest average per attempt of any guy on that list.

No matter what the stats say, judging by the Instagram post this is a milestone that Brady wants to reach. Maybe the game will need to be stopped and they can have a ceremony on the field for reaching such a crucial milestone in a Hall of Fame career.
