After making his boisterous NBA regular-season debut on Wednesday, New Orleans Pelicans power forward Zion Williamson continues to deliver the goods, with an alley-oop slam on Friday against the Denver Nuggets in the first overall pick's second game.

Zion Williamson, 19, was the recipient of a precision pass from veteran guard Jrue Holiday behind the 3-point arc, catching his teammate's lob for the very impressive dunk.

The Pelicans made the former Duke Blue Devil the first overall pick of the 2019 NBA Draft—their No. 1 pick after selecting Anthony Davis, traded by New Orleans prior to the draft to the Los Angeles Lakers, back in 2012. Williamson went down during the NBA's Las Vegas Summer League, playing one half of basketball before being iced for the remaining exhibition competition.

Zion Williamson later returned for preseason but the team's medical staff discovered a meniscus tear in his knee, requiring surgery. After three months of recovery, Zion finally made his debut in the loss against the San Antonio Spurs, putting up 22 points, seven rebounds, and three assists alongside a perfect, and historic, 4-of-4 from long range.
