The Phoenix Suns are ready to party, but not because they're en route to a championship – they didn't even qualify for the playoffs. It's because the NBA Draft Lottery is coming up, and with it an opportunity for the franchise to move forward from a dismal 23-59 season that saw them end in second to last place in the Western Conference.
And they're literally going to party. In a press release, the team announced that they will host a party for the NBA Draft Lottery at Talking Stick Resort Arena on Tuesday, May 17, and current players such as Eric Bledsoe and Ronnie Price will be in attendance.

The draft lottery itself takes place that day from 3 to 6 p.m. at Talking Stick Resort Arena.
Phoenix has an 11.9 percent chance of getting the number one pick in the 2016 NBA Draft, and a 37.8 percent chance of getting a top-three pick. In addition, previous trades all but guarantee (97.8 percent chance) the Suns to get two lottery picks because they own the rights to the Wizards‘ first-round pick if it is outside of the top-nine.
