Players can get two games from the Epic Games Store this Thursday.

Pine World of Warships Bundle free on Epic Games Store May 6, 2021

Two game titles have free offerings in the Epic Games Store this Thursday, May 6, 2021.

First off comes Pine, an open-world game by Twirlbound and published by Kongregate. The game will be launching on the Epic Games Store on May 6, 2021. It will also be launched as the free game of the week from May 6 to May 13, 2021. The game's EGS page reads:

“An open-world action adventure game set in a simulated world in which humans never reached the top of the food chain. Fight with or against a variety of species as you make your way to a new home for your human tribe.”

It looks awesome if a bit dated. The game has been around for a while, so the game's arrival on the EGS is actually four years late.

Meanwhile, the second title involved in Epic Games Store's free giveaways is World of Warships. The game by itself is free-to-play, so you can dive into it any time you want. It's a war simulation game where you control – wait for it – a warship. What comes free on the Epic Games Store is the game's Exclusive Starter Pack. This starter pack gives you access to the Dreadnought and the Charleston, two beginner-friendly warships. This starter pack usually costs $25, but in celebration of World of Warships‘ arrival on the EGS, it's now offered for free. Therefore, you definitely should claim this offer even if you're not playing it yet, especially if you know you want to play the game eventually. This bundle will be offered for free until May 10, 2021.
