Now former Twitch streamer Imane “Pokimane” Anys revealed on her live stream that her Twitch contract expired already. She will announce what her next move is in a week, specifically on February 8, 2022 as stated in her Twitter. Twitch signed Pokimane with a two-year contract back in 2020. The popular streamer however is looking to switch streaming platforms now. Despite the drama and the generated hate that sparked after an incident, she has delivered an amazing 2 years worth of entertainment to the community. As for now though, her Twitch contract has already ended.

After her announcement during her past broadcast, her viewers already threw out their speculations on her possible move. Immediately, a lot of her viewers pointed out Rachell “Valkyrae” Hofstetter’s official announcement with regards to re-signing with Youtube. Valkyrae also hinted about some Twitch streamer moving to the said platform, Youtube Gaming. Pokimane didn’t leak anything about her next platform nor did she confirm on her viewer’s speculations. The announcement of Rae as well as her contract expiration was timely and nothing intentional of the sort. We can confirm however that her decision is already final as she has hinted about the next chapter of her life.

If she is to move however, it is likely that the popular live streamer Pokimane would definitely go to Youtube. Some of the well known streamers like Ludwig, TimTheTatman and Valkyrae are already there, might as well choose that platform too. If not, she would have likely stayed with her primary home, Twitch. Viewers up until now are still wondering where she would go, since most of them would still follow her. Hopefully all the drama she encountered as well as the hate generated ended alongside her contract as JiDion, tells everyone to stop pestering Poki already.

We can only wait until February 8th, like how we patiently waited for Valkyrae to return to streaming. As for now, Pokimane will be taking a break first to ready herself to her next chapter in life. She will still be seen playing with OfflineTV and friends in their respective streams. We can still watch her there until February 8th.
