Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady is probably one of the happiest people in the NFL after former New England Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels took over as the Las Vegas Raiders' head coach.
The Raiders recently hired McDaniels to replace then-interim coach Rich Bisaccia, who steered and stabilized the rocky ship after the chaos brought by the Jon Gruden controversy. The 45-year-old tactician served as the Patriots' offensive coordinator from 2012 to 2021, and he worked with Tom Brady from 2012 to 2019 as the quarterbacks coach.
Naturally, Brady couldn't get any more excited for his former coach and shared his belief that McDaniels will do great with the Raiders.

For those Raiders fans hoping that Josh McDaniels will lure Tom Brady to Vegas, don't get your hopes up. The Buccaneers star is largely expected to retire from the NFL this offseason, with recent reports even claiming that it is all but set.
It remains to be seen how McDaniels will build and structure his Raiders, but it is worth noting that he has committed to starting Derek Carr as their no. 1 QB next season.
Certainly, things will be interesting in Las Vegas moving forward–hopefully, it's in a good way.
