Las Vegas Raiders wideout Hunter Refrow showed respect for his fellow “Hunter Renfro” on Twitter on Wednesday.

In the bottom of the second inning of Wednesday's AL Wild Card Game 2, Tampa Bay Rays right-fielder Hunter Renfroe hit a grand slam to blow the doors open and put his team up 7-0 over the Toronto Blue Jays.

Raiders second-year wide receiver, The Other Hunter Renfrow, is understandably a fan of athletic excellence displayed by someone of that name. The former Clemson wideout celebrated Renfroe's four-RBI dinger on Twitter with the caption, “Absolute Baller!”

The top-seeded Rays are looking to complete a two-game sweep over the Blue Jays in the best-of-three Wild Card round. Tampa topped Toronto, 3-1, on Tuesday. Renfroe pinch hit in the fifth inning and struck out in Game 1.

In June 2019, while Renfroe's Padres were visiting the San Francisco Giants, the then-Oakland Raiders receiver got to meet his baseball doppelganger.

After three-plus fairly productive seasons with the San Diego Padres, Renfroe struggled in his first season in Tampa. He hit just eight homers on .156/.252/.393 splits in 42 games, though the team cruised to the best record (40-20) in the AL. Renfroe averaged 28 home runs per season from 2017-19, and he evidently rediscovered his power stroke at the ideal time in the playoffs

Football Renfrow, meanwhile, had six catches for 84 yards and a touchdown last Sunday, but his Las Vegas Raiders (2-1) fell to the New England Patriots, 36-20. Renfrow has 142 yards through three games this season after posting 605 yards and four touchdowns as a rookie.

Of course, this raises the question and possible sports bar debate: who's the best active Hunter Renfrow(e) in professional sports?
