Las Vegas Raiders rising star Josh Jacobs wants to be legendary.

The Raiders unearthed a gem in their 2019 draft pick, as Jacobs surpassed all expectations in his rookie year. Initially passed on before being picked by the Raiders at No.24, Jacobs immediately proved that he's one of the biggest snubs in last year's draft. He ended his rookie year as one of the top contenders to win the 2019 Offensive Rookie of the Year Award.

Coming into his sophomore campaign, Jacobs has his eyes set on something only a few Raiders have accomplished: catch “at least 60 balls.”

The rookie only had 20 receptions last year and his steep goal is to triple that this season. If he does end up with at least 60 receptions this year, he will be just the fifth player in franchise history to achieve such a feat.

Josh Jacobs was an instant star for the Raiders in 2019, but if you ask him, he wasn't too satisfied with his rookie performance. Following a stellar first year, Jacobs gave himself a grade of ‘B' after rushing for 1,150 yards (eighth in the league) and tallying a 4.8 yards per carry average (11th best). Clearly, the young running back is set on keeping his ceiling as high as possible.

The Oklahoma-native is poised to have another stellar year, as the Raiders will most likely continue to use him heavily on the offensive end. Jacobs has set the bar high for himself, so he is dead-set on achieving or even surpassing his own standards.
