The unraveling situation in Oakland, revolving around Antonio Brown and the Raiders, is continuing to gain more dramatic detail and soap-operatic volatility. Following Brown's latest display of antics, the receiver has reportedly unfollowed Derek Carr on Instagram, per Mitchell Renz.

All of this began with the Raiders extending a $54,000 fine to Brown for being absent from practices due to his helmet. The disgruntled receiver took the fine personally and posted his vexation towards the organization for doing so.

Then, after Mike Mayock spoke to Brown about the social media post, the exchange became heated to the point where Brown threatened Mayock. Due to his immaturity, Brown is in big trouble: Mayock and the team are considering a suspension for the diva wideout.

You know the situation has reached the tipping point when a player decides to unfollow one of his teammates like an ex-girlfriend. Brown seems to have clicked the unfollow button on Carr to show his frustration in the latest events.

Earlier this offseason, Oakland acquired the veteran receiver from the Pittsburgh Steelers for a third and fifth-round pick. At the time, it seemed that the price the Raiders paid was quite cheap for a player of Brown's caliber.

Now, the Steelers seemed to have known what they were doing when they decided to cut ties with the disgruntled receiver. Last year, the All-Pro pass-catcher missed the final game of the season due to a disagreement with Ben Roethlisberger.

Therefore, the Raiders knew what they were getting themselves into. Maybe Carr and the Raiders can persuade Brown to return by sending some flowers to the receiver's doorstep.
