The free agency of future Hall of Fame quarterback Tom Brady has dominated headlines over the past few months. Brady, a 20-year NFL veteran, is a free agent for the first time in his storied career and as a result, the three-time MVP is at the top of many teams' free agency wish lists.

Per radio host Dan Sileo, the Las Vegas Raiders are firmly in the mix for the 42-year-old quarterback.

According to Odds Shark, Las Vegas has the fifth-best odds to land Brady behind the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, New England Patriots, Los Angeles Chargers and San Fransisco 49ers.

A fancy new stadium and a team on the rise in an exciting new city should be fairly tempting for Brady who has spent all 20 of his previous seasons with the Patriots. Las Vegas has apparently tried very hard to lure Brady away from his current team in an effort to replace incumbent starter, Derek Carr.

Last season for New England, Brady completed 60.8 percent of his passes for 4,057 yards and 24 touchdowns while only throwing eight interceptions. Brady also helped lead New England to a 12-4 regular-season record and an 11th-straight playoff appearance.

Conversely, the Raiders have made the postseason just once since 2003 and are 11-21 under second-year head coach Jon Gruden.

If Brady were to sign with the Raiders, the 28-year-old Carr would likely be shipped off somewhere else. In his sixth season with the team, Carr completed a career-high 7-.4 percent of his passes for 4,054 yards, 21 touchdowns and eight interceptions during the team's last year in Oakland.
