Los Angeles Rams running back Todd Gurley and wide receiver Cooper Kupp are both ready to take part in practice, according to Lindsey Thiry of ESPN.com.

Gurley has not participated in any football activities since the Rams lost to the New England Patriots in the Super Bowl back in February. The halfback has been dealing with a balky knee since injuring it all the way back in Week 15, which caused him to miss the final two games of the regular season.

The 24-year-old then returned for the Divisional Round of the playoffs, gashing the Dallas Cowboys for 115 yards and a couple of touchdowns, but after virtual no-shows in the NFC Championship Game and the Super Bowl, many began questioning the status of his knee.

But now, it seems like Gurley is good to go:

“Todd's going to be ready to go,” said Rams head coach Sean McVay. “We've got a specific plan in terms of monitoring his workload and a lot of that will be predicated on the feedback he gives to us, but he's feeling good, he's going to be on the field tomorrow and can't wait to see Todd back out there with us.”

Gurley is coming off of a 2018 campaign in which he rushed for 1,251 yards and a league-leading 17 touchdowns while averaging 4.9 yards per carry, making the Pro Bowl and earning a First-Team All-Pro selection as a result.

Meanwhile, Kupp played in just eight games this past season as a result of tearing his ACL. He took part in Los Angeles' offseason workouts, but was very limited.

Kupp hauled in 40 receptions for 566 yards and six scores in 2018.
