Game 3 between the Philadelphia 76ers and Toronto Raptors turned out into a chippy affair, and that was made even more evident when Pascal Siakam tripped Joel Embiid in the fourth quarter of the contest.

After getting his shocked brutally erased by Embiid, Siakam fell to the ground and then stuck his leg out to catch the Sixers All-Star with a cowardly trip.

Whenever Embiid falls to the ground, shivers shoot up the spines of every Sixers fan. After all, JoJo has missed 252 games in his career and has only been active in 158.

Siakam’s cheap shot on Embiid naturally angered the entire populace soaking up the brilliant atmosphere at the Wells Fargo Center, who immediately called for Siakam’s head. The refs, of course, are not able to adjudicate decapitations, but instead they did opt to give Siakam another flagrant 1 foul — the Raptors’ second of the game after Serge Ibaka’s elbow into JJ Redick’s face.

Siakam was likely acting out due to the fact that the Sixers were racing out to a double-digit lead in the all-important third game of this series.

Philly eventually won the game 116-95, giving Embiid the last laugh against his fellow Cameroonian. The Sixers now lead the series 2-1.
