With hopes of making Kawhi Leonard stay with the Toronto Raptors long term, a real estate company has offered to give the defensive stalwart a multi-million penthouse for free.

Simon Mass, CEO of The Condo Store Realty Inc., has offered Leonard a multi-million-dollar penthouse in downtown Toronto if he signs long term with the Raptors.

“We want to do what we can to ensure that our MVP stays in Toronto where he is loved and respected for being the ‘best of the best' for the basketball-loving public of Toronto and Canada,” Mass said to Patrick John Gilson of Narcity.

“We are throwing everything we have at The Condo Store to show Kawhi how much we appreciate his efforts to date and his future commitment to Canada’s only NBA franchise.”

According to the report, Leonard can choose between several luxury penthouse condos at the Four Seasons, St. Regis or Carlton Residences in Toronto.

This is the second company that has offered a great deal to Leonard. Just recently, a newly opened restaurant called Ka ’wine & Dine Initiative said that Leonard can eat free for the rest of his life if inks a deal with the Raptors.

Leonard will become a free agent by July 1. Though he hasn't decided just yet if he'll stay or move on, it's safe to say that the whole of Canada has been nothing but good to him. Everyone wants him to stay. Let's see how it will affect his choice in the summer.
