Toronto Raptors big man Serge Ibaka chopped it up with Charlamagne Tha God during an episode of Bleacher Report's “How hungry are you?” telling the radio personality how he really felt when Kawhi Leonard decided to leave for the Los Angeles Clippers.

Charlamagne went sizzling hot from the jump, quickly asking Ibaka about Leonard's departure:

CTG: “It's a shame that Kawhi said “f**k it” and left Di that hurt your feelings when he left?”

Ibaka: “A little bit, because he was a friend of mine. And then he was a great guy, great teammate. And then losing him, of course, it hurt a little bit. But you're not gonna be mad about someone who tried to go back home.

Asked if he tried to get Kawhi Leonard to stick around after their championship win, Ibaka noted he had the gut feeling Leonard would leave that summer.

“We already know, like, he wanted to go back home,” said Serge Ibaka. “After we won the championship I thought, like, ‘maybe he may change his mind, try to stay one more year,'  but [it didn't happen].”

Ibaka did share some great championship moments with Leonard, including the notable car ride after winning the title, which turned into the now popular “what it do, baybeee!” meme.

The two players will always have the bond of an NBA title, and Ibaka could also be looking for another place to go after his contract runs out, that is if the Raptors don't trade him at the deadline.
