D.J. Fluker wanted to be on the Baltimore Ravens so bad after the Seattle Seahawks released him, his agent actually reached out to the team.

Fluker said in an interview with Matt Zenitz of AL.com said that he first and foremost wants to go on a Super Bowl run. Fluker also said that blocking for Ingram and the style of offense the Ravens play fits his style.

“That happened out of the blue (with Seattle),” Fluker said. “It caught me off guard a little bit. But honestly, the Ravens fit my style of play and the way I play — physically and running the ball, things like that. And that’s what I want to be a part of.”

Fluker wants to come in and be a team-first player. He is excited to get to work run blocking, and doing whatever he needs to help the team win some games.

“They’re a championship contender and that’s what it’s about,” Fluker said. “It’s about what they stand for and what they’re trying to do. They want to win a Super Bowl. And that’s what I’m looking forward to. That got me right there. That’s what drives me and being able to run the ball and be myself and be physical and be a team player.”

The Ravens offense was ultra-talented last season but after an early exit from the playoffs they went out and got better this offseason. With the roster they have, there can't be any excuses next season if they don't find playoff success.
