Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson's 2020 season may not be trending on the same level as his MVP campaign a season ago but the 23-year-old still continues on his winning ways as the leader of his team.

With Sunday's 24-10 victory against the Indianapolis Colts, Jackson tied Miami Dolphins legend Dan Marino for the best start to a quarterback's career with a 25-5 record in his first 30 starts.

“It's pretty cool that I'm up there with a Hall of Famer but still got to win each and every game so it's alright,” Jackson said.

The former Heisman Trophy winner completed 19-of-23 of his total passes and accounted for 170 yards without a missed throw in the entire second half. He led the Ravens in rushing with 13 carries for 58 yards, including a 9-yard touchdown that put the game out of reach in the fourth quarter which sealed the victory for his team.

Aside from the winning record, both quarterbacks also share a similarity in their playing careers. Similar to Marino, the former Louisville standout also garnered an MVP honor in his second season in the league after posting career-best numbers of 3,127 passing yards on 401 attempts and broke an NFL record for a quarterback after tallies of 1,206 rushing yards on 176 carries and seven rushing touchdowns scored.

After achieving an impressive milestone, Lamar Jackson will aim for greater things and look to finally get the job done come Super Bowl LV. Before that, the Ravens will aim to ride their momentum and come out with another win as they travel to Foxborough and face the New England Patriots in Week 10.
