Baltimore Ravens running back Mark Ingram has missed the past two games with a left mid-to high-ankle sprain, but he could play in Week 10 against the New England Patriots.

According to Pro Football Talk, the Ravens got Ingram back on the practice field on Wednesday, albeit on a limited session.

Mark Ingram has appeared in six games for the Ravens this season. He has carried the ball 50 times for 225 yards and two touchdowns.

Baltimore is 6-2 after taking down the Indianapolis Colts on the road in Week 9. If Ingram is able to play versus the Patriots, the Ravens' offense could return to its old explosive ways. The team's play-action passing game is much more dangerous when Ingram is in the backfield.

In 21 games with the Ravens, Ingram has racked up 1,243 yards on the ground. He has also scored 12 rushing touchdowns and caught five TD's in the regular season. The 30-year-old has a great rapport with reigning MVP Lamar Jackson, who is certainly hoping that Ingram will be in the lineup versus New England in Week 10.

The Ravens are favored to defeat the Patriots, who are struggling in the first season of the post-Tom Brady era. They barely defeated the New York Jets in Week 9 on Monday Night Football.
