Marquise Brown tantalized the NFL the moment he turned on the afterburners against the hapless Miami Dolphins during Week 1. However, the Baltimore rookie claims that he can go even faster.

Just in case you need a reminder of how fast he can go, his first touchdown with the Ravens is a great refresher.

What Brown ran for the Ravens' second touchdown of the game was a simple slant route. However, he easily burned his marker the moment he caught the ball and changed directions. The defense tried catching up, but he was bound to the end zone the moment he saw clean air.

According to Jonas Shaffer of the Baltimore Sun, Hollywood Brown to hit a top speed of 20.25 MPH. It was enough to make him the 14th fastest ball carrier in Week 1.

However, he claimed that the speed he showcased against the Dolphins wasn't even his final form.

“That was, like, nowhere near my top speed,” Brown said Thursday.

The scary fact is that he is most likely right with his statement. During training camp, he reportedly hit 21 MPH during a rehabilitation run. The team's coaching staff couldn't help but be impressed with the Oklahoma product.

“That’s fairly unprecedented,” offensive coordinator Greg Roman said. “But it was really good execution by everybody on the play. And, jeez, the results kind of speak for themselves on those plays. So [I’m] not really that surprised that he makes those kind of plays because we see it in practice. Just happy for everybody that he did.”

The Ravens will face the Arizona Cardinals next, squaring off with former teammate Kyler Murray. The first overall pick of the 2019 Draft will surely warn his team about the jets he has for legs.
