Vinicius Jr., who scored the only goal in the 1-0 win, had a fiery take regarding his future at Real Madrid that will have fans of Los Blancos absolutely ecstatic. Via Fabrizio Romano, Vinicius is set to sign a new contract with the club that will run through 2028, and he's absolutely fired up about it.

The 21-year-old broke out in a major way in 2021-22, becoming arguably the most important player at Real Madrid. In La Liga this season, Vini scored 17 goals and provided 10 assists, helping the club secure its second championship in three years. In 13 Champions League appearances, Vinicius managed 4 more goals and provided 6 assists, playing a crucial role in Real Madrid's run to its 14th Champions League title.
It comes as no surprise that Vinicius is keen to extend his stay at Real Madrid, and it's only natural that the club are looking to lock him down for the long haul. He'll be around through the 2028 season, at least, and he's hoping to experience a lot more success during his time at the club.
He's off to a roaring start in terms of winning trophies with Madrid, and now that he's become a bonafide star at the club, he'll look to lead them to further glory in years to come.
